thanks Paul, i really appreciate your help on this. when i bought the nylon for my sof skin i bought extra, thinking sail rig. i'll do some test patches today and see how it works.

: You can use the Snow Roof elastomeric roofing compound that has been

: Another waterproofing might be the urethane sealant sold for sealing tent
: seams. This is available at camping goods stores.
