I rolled on a seal coat and after it set with no tackiness to it (about 5 hours if I remember right)I put my glass on for a chemical bond. I believe my epoxy instructions said I had 18 hours before I would have to sand for a mechanical bond. I used a non blush epoxy so I didn't have to do any scrub washing.
