I guess I will put in my two cents worth. I don’t own a band saw but they are really handy. I worked in a shop that had a big Oliver and three 14" Delta’s. But in my opinion a table saw is the foundation of a shop. I would put my preferences in this order. Table saw, band saw, drill press and a good table disc sander and of course an electric hand drill.
