Cloudiness on the taped joints on Pygmys was a problem about 3 years ago, due to the particular tape they were using (epoxy didn't saturate it fully). I built an Arctic Tern about that time and had to sand off the tape and use replacement tape that Pygmy gave me. A friend who had purchased an Osprey kit many months before, and who had not started it, called Pygmy and they readily replaced his seam tape as well. The tape they've used since does not have that problem. You should be able to tape the seams as per Pygmy's instructions without issue.
