Serratus Flak Jacket...reasonably priced at $99 Canadian dollars from Mountain Equipment Co-op. It's got a quick access to a whistle pocket (comes with a Fox 40), another conveniently located pocket for camera, knife clip, daisy chain, plenty of adjustments and best of all FREE shipping within Canada. It is the first PFD I've owned that I actually like to wear.
