I found some through the place I bought my Grey Owl Tempest paddle (see link below and follow the Gear Manufacturers link). I was quoted about $35 plus shipping.

I got the following ordering instructions via email "To order please
phone 519 839 4635 seven days a week between 9AM & 9PM EST or 519 326 5193
between 9AM & 6PM EST after April 5th, 2002."
