Ted, I'm making a Merganser that goes together with puzzle piece joints, is that the same as a spline joint? I was blown away at the speed those pieces went together although the narrow deck panel has some guestimate wiggle room, the rest of the wider hull panels go together without any need for checking offsets. With the extra hours taken away from checking offsets and pre-drilled wire holes I can spend more time watching the epoxy cure.
