Is that an Expedition Sport by One Ocean kayaks?
You could sand down the runs/drips or use a scraper, which might make it easier to get a level surface. Did you use a squeegee to remove the excess epoxy or are you talking about drips and runs from your fill coats?
I recently completed a Cape Ann Storm by One Ocean. Vaclav has some really great designs.
