Chip!
Oh man, are you in for it. That place is magic!! Wife and I did that section of beach. La PUSH. Magical! We came back to a state wildlife biologist friend of mine's place before heading home. and told him about seeing the Marine otters there..... Thinking nothing of it. He laughed and said no you saw seals....I said no I saw marine otters... No Seals. Went back and forth finally asked hiim if seals cracked oysters on ther chests with rocks? Seems there hadn't been a Marine otter in WA since they were wiped out in the 1850's

Well a few weeks after I got home I noticed my friends departement reported "discovering" the natural restablishment of marine otters at LA Push.... Guess beaurocracies get al lthe credit.... LOL

Enjoy. We saw them to the left about 90 yards in from where that picture was taken.

Enjoy. Its a magical place. One of the coolest hings was the orb spiders big for a cold coast rain forest.

I found my self longing for surf boat. THE bird rooleries on the sea stacks are wild.

Wish I could join ya but to far away to paddle from here and the panama canal charges are too high.... LOL

see in stead if you see any of my buddies doing back floats, Tell 'em I said hi!

Enjoy
