Feed the addiction, make my wife happy with a new boat. Voila!), about three weeks ahead of your progress. I'm joining deck and hull now.

A buddy who used West System on his boat last year said he used roller for fill coats with good results. I used MAS, and the roller made lots of air bubbles, even after tipping with a foam brush. I used just a brush for next fill coats and it worked fine. Perhaps the viscosity differences between brands of goo makes a difference in workability. Have fun!
