: How about some more info about the catamaran?

20 year old, 18 Square Meter - 18 feet long x 12 feet wide. 31 foot mast with 194 sq. feet of sail area. A singlehanded cat that still has enough class and speed to show her heels to many of the newer boats costing 5 times as much. After the years of racing campaigns ( Michelob and Fujitsu Business Communications sponsorships) it is time to fill all the scratches dents and dings, and repaint with a linear polyurethane. Not going into too much detail - as I never managed to strip or ply build a set of hulls for the platform - these are "ugggh" fiberglass! But to make sure none of the wood-butchers on this site are offended - I do have the plans for them - just haven't built them! ummm yet !!!
