That is very beautiful scenery and it would be fun to do the hiking but too far away. I use to go to Utah every year where my son lives and hike until the kayak bug hit me last year. The picture is me (my most photographic side) on the Sundance Trail in the Moab area(there was no trail, just rocks marked with kerns if you could find one). I was wondering how high you will be on you hiking trip and if the altitude affects your memory. It did mine when we were in the mountains at 10 thousand feet on an other trip. I kept forgetting what State or Country I was in.
