Very exciting! I'm going to put it in the yard today to get some pictures of it out of the garage! (Maybe lay a blanket over it to get more ideas of deck shape.)

I jumped the gun on glassing the frames to the hull tho. It was decided I should have a shear clamp so, I had to piece that in between the frames. Then I decided the fordeck was too high and had to cut a frame down and splice a new section in. Lessons learned for the next one.
Adding a little more to the lip to being it up to 1/2 or even 3/4" wont be difficult tho. I just have to set up the arm saw again to rip the strips.
The reason I needed so many clamps was becuase I didn't steam the strips and they would seperate from each other in between the clamps. (I used Nick's idea of a plywood blank with holes cut around the perimiter for clamping.) Had I steamed it, there would have been no problems.
