Hi there.
For what it's worth, Pygmy has you hold off until just the day before you lay on the fiberglass cloth. Remember that the best bonding between epoxy coats occurs when the prior coat is less than 72 hours old, generally. If the time is longer than that, complete sanding is recommended.
After rolling the epoxy out as quickly as I can, I wait 15-20 minutes, then squeegee-scrape up as much as I can. I also run over it all the next day with my hands and scrape off any dust snags or bits that have settled overnight.
