Mark is right. This stuff is scary and when I do use it I work outside, wear gloves and glasses and cover as much skin as I can. My Xylene label says---it is explosive. It causes nervous and brain damage. It also says, this product contains chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm. I only use it to thin dip rubber.
I have never seen epoxy thinned with a solvent, just heated for thinning, but working fast when you do.
