I don't have a source off hand but I have seen them and can't remember where. This may sound dumb but try Walmart. Another possibility would be local lawn and garden suppliers. I took a quick look in the yellow pages and found a bunch of places that sell truck caps also sell utility trailers. I have thought of modifying the same trailer. It should be easy if you can find one. I know I've seen them in a store somewhere just can't remember where. One other place that comes to mind is Tru Value Hardware. When I went looking for a snow blower they had a lot of the same stuff as Northern and they beat there prices. Let me know if you find one!
