: Where do you get 9/16 in. (14 mm up here in Canada) staples that do not have
: a chisel point? I can not find any here in Canada that are cut on a
: diagonal. All I can find are Tile Staples in 13 mm that are sharp and
: pointy. The 14 mm chisel end ones created a lot of tearout when used
: parallel with the strips. A lot of filler was required to clean these
: areas up. This is not a major problem on a kayak but really shows up when
: building canoes. I used Bostick T 50 staples and a T 50 stapler. Any

I've used a Duo Fast stapler and 9/16" staples for the last 15 years.
I liked the Duo Fast stapler I used while working for a building contractor
and bought my own soon after. There is a lot of adjustment and power with
the CS5000 stapler available at :
