Well your design really attracted attention.
I personally like your design. It is striking and makes one take a second look. Makes me re-think how I want mine to look. I find that some of the deigns have too many alternating colours and angles that they take away from the beauty of the kayak's lines.
As far as what is right.
I have been to a restaurant and ordered wine that I wanted to try at the beginning of the meal and had the waiter whisper to me that I can't do that because it was a desert wine. . . well who the H!ll made the rules as to what I can drink when I want and with what. . . Maybe I want white wine with steak. It is the "Emperor's New Clothes" story. If you do not think that a blob of paint dripped on a wall is art, then are you an ignorant low life.
I love to see individualism, that is art.
