I put a rubrail on my Guillemot. I wanted to accentuate the sheer, and separate visually the junction between deck & hull. I just ripped it out of some walnut a friend gave me and epoxied it on after doing the deck/hull joining. I think the rubrails look sharp, and are easy to do.

: put on a rub rail after words using tiedowns and tape to hold the rail to
: the kayak while the epoxy sets. I've never done this, so please don't act
