Today I moved the wherry outside and tried to sand the primer. Brigsides Gray primer is a funny creature. It feels 'gummy' to the touch and true enough it sticks to the sandpaper. I did what I could by using a scraper and sandpaper and then recoated the primer on the boat. I also painted the seats red on the top. The boat is drying now.

I have pictures. They are horrible. The quality of focus is abhorent. I scanned them in and did what I could to salvage them. I have arranged them on a web page. Please bear with me. Eventually I will make the web page look good but right now I just need to get out of the house to pick up my son.
