Seeking: building a seat from expansion foam?

Howdy folks;

I've read this before somewheres on how to build a seat from aerosol expansion foam (the kind you spray to seal around doors and windows). It involved spraying the foam inside a garbage bag. The bag was housed in a open-topped frame that was close to the inside dimensions of the kayak. The builder then sat on the bag before the foam hardened. In theory you ended up with a foam seat that matched your butt. Has anybody tried this? If so, can you give me some helpful hints? Thanks!
