I did and I found that this is true. If you don't have the time to do it right you will always have time to do it over. All of the other posts are true and it looks like they learned after the first try. I didn't. If you want a molded seat, make a plaster mold and then layup glass over it and hang that in the boat. That is the best and definitely worth the time.
