I am painting the outside of the hull. After first coat of paint revealed epoxy runs I was left at a crossroads. Leave it as it is and finish the boat or sand the paint off and try to remove the runs. After two days of mulling it over I decided to sand the paint off and try to remove the runs. I worked on it all morning and then repainted the hull. The end result is much more pleasing. It is not perfect but I did remove 99% of the runs. The rest might go away by successive coats.
