That's it Scott, I'm hooked. I was looking up Intarsia on Google. Apparently, Aromatic Cedar makes good flowers. Here's the actual source http://www.intarsia.net/e-book/chapter1.htm

No, I'm not putting a teddy bear on my deck :) but I am pretty excited about the technique. I might have to get a scroll saw and try it on my next boat.
