Hi Scott

I wouldn't worry about it for a day or so. When did you do the two coats?

I glassed the outside of my Rob-Roy on different nights ( 3" tape, 6" tape and then 3.25oz glass over all. Each one cured a little different as I had different tempuratures each night. One cured to hard over night, one cured to hard in two days and the 3.25 oz stuff, I heated the garage up a bit more and it seemed to cure to the touch in 6 to 8 hrs. and Sandable in 12 or so. Don't know what your temps are, but if you got a firm cure in a day or so, then you are on your way. Give it a little time. I have mixed some batches on cold evenings ( without heating the garage ) for little jobs and it has worked out just fine. And I have not had any problems when I got the mix just a tad off.
That is to say, I got just a tad above the measurement line I wanted and to put the proper amount of hardener, there wasn't a line to go by, so I eyeballed it and I still got all good batches. RAKA seems to be very forgiving in that area. I think you will be fine. Good to hear that the 5 oz. cloth has worked out so well. Did Larry give you any tips on it's use when you talked to him? Anything out of the ordinary?

Raka seems to take longer to cure

Just let it sit a bit. It gets harder in time
