If you have a bad experience at Newfound, I'll eat my hat! One of the most pleasent business experiences I ever have is dealing with Michael and gang. They also put on the east coast wooden boat rendevous every year for all of us boat afflicted building junkies. So ya get a kit and a vacation too.

I've gone back looking for one more strip of just the right shade and they've always gone the extra mile to find that right one. Staff are all expereinced in building boats. So when you call with questions the answers are expert. Their shop is so clean you could eat off the floors. The same attention to detail applies to everything else they do.

There is a dark hidden secret at Newfound though......;) Its hidden in the secret org chart. ITs a deception that would make even the folks at ENRON blush. There is the question of who really runs the place. Michael Vermouth claims to be the owner, but its not really true. Secret is......Rocky the shop dog (Golden Retreiver) actally runs the place. He greet everyone with a frindly bowl ya over kind of dog thing. He keeps an eye on the place. the hidden truth in the Newfound Org chart is this..... everyone else including Micheal works for Rocky. Sorry Michael I couldn't keep the secret forever..... They made me spill my guts....
