No - there's no best one. I have many. those big aluminum ones from Sweeden with the orange heads are good because the blades are carbide and will last a long time between sharpenings. However !!! try sharpening a carbide blade.
For drips of epoxy, I like my cabinet scraper which is a flat thick piece of hardened metal 4" x 3". (no handle) I also like my $5 Red devil with it's thin cheap blades. I sharpen it with a file. I also round a blade in the grinding wheel for scraping the inner surfaces (a Rob Max trick). so... try a cheap one for starters and go from there.
