There are quite a few custom boat lettering businesses on the web. I haven't used any, but two I have found and have bookmarked are:
http://www.boatletters.net/
http://www.boatgraphics.com/

Also, try a google search for "Rick the Mouseman" along with boat lettering or graphics. I found his site last year and liked it a lot. But I lost the bookmark in a computer changeover. Finally, West Marine and Boat US do boat graphics. The info is in their catalogs. It may be on their websites too.
