We could write an urban legend about a guy who tries to make his own kayak seat. He puts the foam in the bag, but he accidentally bought the 55 gallon lawn and leaf bags. He pours a gallon of Part A and a gallon of Part B expansion foam into the bag. (He wants to be sure to get full coverage) He immediately hops into the kayak waiting for the foam to expand. Seconds later he is squashed into the cockpit by the rapidly expanding bag. He begins to lose consciousness as the bag swells around him. Suddenly our kayaker realizes another reason not to use the staple construction method, as the bag snags a loose staple, bursts and the poor kayaker is engulfed in foam. That night a snowstorm moves in, and the neighborhood kids decorate our kayaker with coal for eyes, an old scarf and a carrot nose. Only until spring thaw do the neighbors get suspicious when all the snow melts except our poor kayak builder, who is now preserved (literally) in the urban legends hall-of-fame as the kayaking snowman.
