Gini, I think the Mill Creek is pretty underrated for such a simple boat recreational kayak, I put foam under the deck and with the right seat was able enjoy it in bouncy water, the ability to shift ones weight fore/aft nearly a foot can make a huge difference in controlling the boat in different conditions.
