I'm curious as to why they would not ship the dry ingredients in by boat, along with a few gasoline powered cement mixers. Run as many mixers at the same time as they would need to get a large batch, pour it, cleanup and ship the mixers out again by boat. Must be nice to have the money to spend on flight time for gravel.

If you are in the concrete business, have you considered building a concrete kayak or two? Might be a good toy and a neat promotional item. You can "plaster" your company logo on the side and wheel it around at any summer parades, with a suitably attired paddler sitting in the cockpit.
