Seeking: Double Rudder Kits

I was wondering if anyone knows where the best deal on rudder kits are. I like Vaclovs but will be building 2 so may just buy a couple of off the shelf rudders for my first 2 yaks , do most rudder kits come complete with cables and footbraces ? I'd like to keep it simple .
