Hi JJ, you are coming along just fine. I found it helpful to put a light under the inlay cutout so when I fit the pieces you could tell exactly where to sand or file your inlay piece for a good fit. I put a slight bevel on the piece I was fitting and then glued and taped it into place for a tight fit. Keep us posted with pictures.
