Pumps are iffy. Go to the local pharmacy and ask for those very small cups that are seen used most in hospitals to dispense meds. My local place carries them in 1 and 2oz sizes that have cc's, cls, tsps, and ozs marked on the sides. Even better, they might also carry syringes (non-needled). I think mine were termed irrigation syringes. I mixed batches of 10cc a lot during my build phase. It REALLY cut down on waste and accuracy was great! Very predictable knock times. Even at $1 each for the syringes, and 25 cents a cup, you'll really save in epoxy costs. Oh, pour amounts from the cups into a recycled yogurt or pudding cup to mix.
Hope it helps. -Bill
Mike,
: I have no experience with the freezing epoxy but I do have some experience
: with mixing small batches of epoxy. I make small batches by using 1/2 and
: 14 strokes of the mini pumps. Measure the length of each stroke and then
: mark the shaft of the pump at 1/2 and 1/4 of this length then pump
: according to the size batch you need
