Hey Scott,
YEah I'm guessing pretty much anything can be put into a boat as far as in lay with this caveate. The material should be pourus or rough enough to accept the epoxy. sticking to it in all the torquing and bashing aboutthat is a boats life. My rocks probobly don't meet that criteria. So sandwiching them between glass and epoxy is the experiement. I don't know how well that will work long term. IT may end up being Nothing but a bubble. I'll ahve to see how it works out long term. In any such thing. The best idea is probobly to do testing building a mock up board first and then torquing on it twisting it beating it etc.
