What container did you mix this the epoxy in? Had it previously been used for anything that contained oil -- paint, thinner, etc. OR was it a brand new plastic container that might have still had some mold release left on it from when it was made? Either of these situations can bring enough oil into the mix to cause fisheyes. So can using a contaminated mixing stick.
