Tim (with my help), put this 18'-6" "Bjossa" kayak together in our shop in only four weeks. At the stage you see, the deck is wetted down for final sanding and glassing. All stapleless with bead and cove hull and square, bevelled pieces on deck. Western Red and Yellow cedar. He plans to add rudder system in future.
