I applied a seal coat to a test pannel with a squeege. Upon completion I noticed lots of fuzz so I hit it with the squeege again. This reduced the fuzz but it certainly didn't eliminate it. Since sanding the seal coat could result in blotchyness in the final product, how should fuzziness in the seal coat be addressed?
