Off Topic: Going to Norway need suggestions

I am going to Norway Sunday for work and will have about 3 days vacation after work. I plan to see the viking ship museum in Oslo. I want to go to the sea, maybe Stavangar (sp) and maybe take a boat ride or something. I am from Wisconsin (very inland) and want to take advantage of being near the sea. Any suggestions would be welcomen. - Scott
