Don't worry about it too much. You can just leave out some of the fillers if you want a mix that flows better. I think the current method for end pours is to lower a can with your material in it as far down as possible, and then upend the can using a string that was taped to the bottom of the can. Just let the stuff drain out for a while before removing the can and strings. Even if it starts to set up fast --say in 5 or 10 minutes -- it should still have had plenty of time to flow to where it is needed.

Besides,there is still a minor debate circulating on whether an end pour is even necessary, or if it is just a belt-and-suspenders approach (multiple redundancy) for strengthening the ends of the boat. So, if one side of the debate is to be believed, it doesn't matter if your end pour material is too thick or not.

Follow the instructions provided with your plans and things should be fine.
