Well, the first boats are done! What a blast. Took them out for a short shake down, and they feel great.

Used 5/32" strips of walnut, cherry, and ash on deck, with mostly black locust for the hull. Paddles of Ash/cherry and ash/osage.

38 pounds complete for the play, 39 pounds for the Guillemot. The Play's comb has a serious weight problem, which I will fix on the next boat! First time to do photos-hope it works.
