I have heard a lot about "Minicell Foam". I've done some research on the net and called around. I think I'll have to bite the bullet and just spend the money on it. But I got a quote on some close cell foam from a local industrial supplier. Price is really good about $45.00 for 1/2 x 42 x 72. The stuff is a Neoprene foam pt#SCE41B, SCE42B, SCE43B, and SCE45B. The ASTM-D-1058-67 Spec is SCE-41, SCE-42, SCE-43, SCE-45. I think it is Manufactured by Rahn Ind. How does this type foam compare to Minicell? Will it hold up? Color? Feel?
