: System Three sells graphite powder by the pound. Does anyone know how many
: square feet of kayak hulls a pound of graphite powder might cover?

: What kind of ratio of graphite powder to resin/hardener mixture should I use
: in my final fill coat?
: Thanks

A little goes a long way. I have a pint can of it, forget the weight and I am at work so can not check. I applied to bottom (football area) of my Bob's Special 15' canoe. I used it on the last (3rd) coat of epoxy. Mix it in the epoxy after mixing the epoxy well. I did about 4-5 ozs of epoxy at a time and mixed the graphite until it was less than tar thickness. It goes on very thick.

I had a tape mask line and after removing the tape there was a ridge about .020" high. Sands really tough, also adds some weight due to the thickness.

If I did it again, I would put in just enough to make it black then apply and keep it thin as possible. You do not have to varnish that part of the boat, and it is very tough wearing.
