YOu have to put the picture up on the internet some where,
then use the "Optional Image URL" field to point to it. The picture is not actually put up as part of your post.

If you are really stuck, you can Email it to me, and I'll put it up from you. I can do one or two right away, but if you have alot then you may have to wait a bit.
