Jamestown Distributors has some made by Mirka. The 5" interface pad is Item # MIR-1055Y ($4.85) and the 6" is MIR-1066 ($5.27). The 5" comes with 5 holes for dust collectors. You could also punch your own holes. They also sell replacement pads for sanders.

I believe Newfound Woodworks also sells the interface pads.
