Hmm ... I wonder how that happened? Was the rubber eaten away by the epoxy? Perhaps the edges of the unfilled weave skuffed up the edge of the squeegee? I'm not using mine for the wet out coat, I'm only using it for the second and maybe third coat and subsequently I hardly press down on the squeegee at all.

: Mine worked fine for a while then it stated leaving black marks.
