i guess i should be one to be clear. i think the idea is fine. (just had other thoughts.)

i've also wondered why they don't make the rounded slots (for the stop on the peg), more angular toward the bow so that the rest just self ratchets toward you by just hooking a toe around the peg rather than trying to hit the little lever. prob too expensive to machine.
