Paul, there is a good website put up by Pete from Snohomish who is a contributor to this bbs that you may find helpful. He describes the process for rounding the combing edges to eliminate the sharp edges and give it a nice finished look. You will find a good description and photos on his site.

I'm close to finishing the construction of a Pygmy Arctic Tern. The coaming
