Hi Edith,

I am getting ready to do a kayak trip (begins the May 25) across Canada (roughly 3000 kms via river). I figure on doing this in a time frame of 8 weeks spread over two years (only time I can get holidays). I figure if you're up for it then do it. Long as you got the fitness get good training in technique and safety. Once done, there's no looking back 'cept to pity the land locked lubbers in Sofaville. I ain't a spring chicken (41) but plan on going 'till I turn 85.
