You're welcome and thanks for the compliments on my Storm. One thought about blending a stripped deck with a S&G hull might be to consider painting the hull white or some other color with one of the marine brands polyurethanes. That would really highlight the varnished stripped deck. I did that on my Arctic Tern and it set off the mahogany plywood deck rather nicely. Primary reason was for high visibility to other boaters, etc. I've since sold the Tern but you can see the white/mahogany contrast at my Tern site. I've left the page up.
